Booking Conditions
01. The Commitment (Deposits)
To secure a "Signature Expedition," a non-refundable commitment fee of 30% is required at the time of architecture finalization. This allows us to secure the most exclusive lodges and naturalist permits in high-demand zones.
02. Final Settlement
The balance of the commission must be settled no later than 60 days prior to the expedition commencement. For bookings made within the 60-day window, full payment is required to initialize the logistics.
03. Cancellation & Redirection
Wilderness logistics are complex. Cancellations made 60-45 days prior incur a 50% fee. Within 45 days, 100% of the expedition cost is retained. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers "Cancel for Any Reason" scenarios.
04. Park Closures & Nature
National Parks in India may close or restrict zones without prior notice due to weather or conservation efforts. India Calling Tours reserves the right to redirect the itinerary to an equivalent wilderness theater to ensure the integrity of your experience.
By confirming your journey via deposit, you enter into a binding agreement with India Calling Tours under the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
