The Day-by-Day Itinerary

The Morning Ritual
Orientation over hand-pressed Nilgiri coffee.
The Culinary Experience
Private manor welcome dinner.
A Slow Start in the Capital
A full day at leisure in Delhi before the flight to Khajuraho, built in deliberately so an unpredictable international arrival never costs a day in the field. Explore the Red Fort, or simply rest. Tomorrow we fly toward the gorge country of Panna.
The Morning Ritual
A slow start - coffee on the terrace, unhurried, with nowhere to be before mid-morning.
The Culinary Experience
An easy, low-key dinner near the hotel - the last multi-cuisine city menu before the itinerary's food turns regional and lodge-based.
The Gorge Sentinel
Morning flight to Khajuraho and transfer to the Panna canyons. We arrive for the evening patrol, focusing on the cliff-edges where the leopards and vultures reside.
The Morning Ritual
Sunrise meditation on a rocky outcrop.
The Culinary Experience
Gourmet high-tea at a waterfall viewpoint.
The Scavenger Sanctuary
A specialized morning at the nesting sites of the Indian Vulture. We study the "Diclofenac Recovery Story" while documenting the birds as they launch from the 200ft sandstone cliffs.
The Morning Ritual
Briefing on "Scavenger Ecology" on the canyon rim.
The Culinary Experience
Picnic breakfast served on the cliff edge.
The Riverine Predator
Descending into the teak-rich ravines along the Ken River. We track the dominant tigers as they descend from the plateau for their morning hydration. The river serves as a natural corridor for the big cats.
The Morning Ritual
Silent boat-drift at first light.
The Culinary Experience
Traditional "Bundelkhandi" thali.
The Heritage Link
A final morning drive before transiting to the UNESCO temples of Khajuraho. We focus on the architectural "Erotica & Ecology" before our return flight to the capital.
